Well, I watch it on a german movie thing. I can give you the season 2 in german, german sub or just in english but without subs :s

that’s the english one. I don’t know where you can watch it with subtitles. The AMC Walking Dead site also has the last episode on the site…

Maybe you should ask a real Walking Dead blog, they know more about it all. :)
